Another accolade to be proud of here at Hepburn Group. Following a lengthy build programme, we recently achieved Practical Completion on our Market Street Newbury project, for our client Equans. This scheme comprised of 240 residential Apartments & 30 (3 storey) Houses. Our specialist package consisted of the Structural Framing System (SFS), Internal Dry-Lining, Partitioning & Suspended Ceilings, Floor Screeding, Plastering & External Rendering. Final (Hepburn record-breaking) package value £6.2m. I’m sure you’ll agree that this looks like a wonderful place to live in the picturesque sleepy town of Newbury!
