Hepburn Group have been secured to deliver the Drylining, Load Bearing Steel Frame Structure and Floor Screeding works, for our regular client Trinity Homes, at their project in Shoreham. Ropetackle in Shoreham-by-Sea comprises of 36 apartments and seven townhouses delivered as part of the wider regeneration of the area. Works will begin at the end of this month. Contract value circa £850,000.00

We are pleased to have recently been instructed by our client Durkan Regen, to undertake the Dry-Lining, Steel Framed Structure and EWI External Render packages as part of the refurbishment of the Danube Apartments in Hornsey, London, following flood damage. Our works package values at £350,000.00

We can operate nationwide, subject to suitability of the task in hand. Binscombe is a development of 27 New Affordable Homes in Godalming. Our works package values at Circa £300,000.00

We have recently started early works on the New Build of a 78 Bed Care Home in Copthorne for Carter Lauren. Our specialist sub-contractor package includes Dry-Lining, Metal Stud Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering and Cornicing. A tight programme on this one with handover scheduled to the client in September. Contract value circa £500,000.00

Hepburn Group are honoured to have been trusted to deliver the Partitions & Ceilings package on the whopping 836 bed new-build Student Accommodation scheme for our regular client McAleer & Rushe in Selly Oak, Birmingham. Our package consists of Dry-Lining, Metal Stud Partitions, Suspended Ceilings & Tape Joint finish. Early works have commenced on site & we are currently busy distributing materials to enable full steam ahead in the coming weeks. After years of building strong relationships this next level award is testament to our previous achievements for M&R, show casing our capabilities and how hard we work to achieve repeat business with our clients. Contract value circa £5.5m with a build programme of 64 weeks.

We have recently been awarded the contract for the Dry-Lining, Plastering and Passive Fire Stopping packages for another newly acquired client, Weston Homes. The scheme is for a conversion of The Old Military Head Quarters to 34 Luxury Apartments. Our package is worth circa £1,000,000. Works started on site in December with good progress already being achieved

We have now completed the Dry-Lining, Steel Framing System and Fire Protection packages at Eastbourne District General Hospital, for our valued client IHP Vinci. The new £40m Elective Surgical Hub at the hospital will transform day surgeries, consisting of 4 operating theatres, pre-assessment and recovery areas. We are proud to have played our part in delivering this vital new facility for the residents of our home town, Eastbourne. Due to our performance here we now move onto the tendering process for the next NHS project in Kent. Watch this space !
