Here at Hepburn Group, we take responsibility for the Continued Professional Development of our field-based staff extremely seriously. On Friday last week we held the first of two Technical Seminars. Attendees included Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors & 2 from our Board of Directors.
The next batch are due in this Friday! As well as focussing on our core service, Dry-Lining, the attendees were also introduced to our newly launched wing of the business, Fire Stopping. The Seminar was headed-up by our in-house Technical Consultant, Chris Greve, who currently works for Hepburn Group two days per week.
Having previously worked for two of the industries leading manufacturers, Chris has a wealth of knowledge in our sector, providing the team with a very much worthwhile refresher of all things technical, explaining the key changes of the recent partial move to EN Standards in this country & answering any queries the team felt they needed to ask. To finish there was also a presentation by our Joint Managing Director, Jack Hepburn, reminding the PM’s & SM’s of what is expected of them on a daily basis; strict protocol is considered key to the successful delivery of our projects for all our valued Clients!
